Just one caveat. You've gotta switch airports in Reykjavik (from Keflavík International Airport to Reykjavík Domestic Airport).  

But opting to fly (especially at this price) is a smart move if you don't wanna mess with expensive Icelandic car rentals. Plus you might just have enough time for a quick jaunt into Reykjavík before heading into the wild.
