Black Friday USA airline sales 2025 - what to expect

Over the past few years, airlines have been dropping sales left, right, and center as that pandemic hangover has worn off and travel numbers have soared to pre-2020 levels and beyond. But, are these sales actually worth it?
In this article, we’ve rounded up the best Black Friday deals from the most popular airlines we’ve seen in the past, to shed some light on what you can expect from this year’s sales.
We’re focusing on US-based carriers and sales in this article, but we also have a rundown of what you can expect from the UK and Ireland over here. Aren’t we so kind?
Round-trip flights to Europe under $300, Tahiti at $644 including a checked bag, and five-star flights to Osaka at $690 only scratched the surface of deals we found from across the country.
We’re also only going to run down the stuff that’s actually gonna give you the best bang for your buck. Airlines love to advertise “sales”, but with mediocre fares. We aren’t afraid to call a spade a spade, so you won’t see any of that stuff below.
It’s important to note, that even though we’re super awesome at finding our members great deals, we aren’t fortune-tellers. The predictions we’ve made about 2025's Black Friday and Cyber Monday flight deals are based on past trends, with a pinch of our flight expertise thrown in.
Since demand has remained high in the years since the pandemic, it’s highly likely that prices might be a smidge higher across the board than a few years back. We’re keeping our fingers and toes crossed that 2025 will be another year of (good) surprises!
But if you'd rather just sit back and have the best Black Friday deals roll into your inbox, don't forget to sign up for Jack’s Flight Club, to make your life easy peasy!
Quick Reference
Southwest Airlines
Free bags, open seating, and a generous change policy once made Southwest our favorite “no-frills” airline, hands down. But a lot has changed over the past year, and they've recently embraced the same cost-cutting methods used by other low-cost carriers, putting an end to the generous policies they were known for. Free checked bags, we hardly knew ye!
Their Black Friday sales have traditionally focused on domestic trips under 100 buckaroos, but anything goes with the new Southwest.
Through the years
2019: Domestic trips all over the continental U.S. at $78 RT.
2020: No BF sale, but they did have a Christmas/New Year’s sale for non-stop domestic flights all at $78 round trip, and Hawaii at $198 round trip.
2021: Cyber Monday sale for domestic trips across the continental U.S. at $78 RT.
2022: Cyber Monday sale across the continental U.S. starting at $90 RT.
2023: Cyber Monday sale for 30% off, with flights as low as the $60s RT.
2024: Cyber Monday sale for up to 30% off base fares, as low as $98 RT.
What we expect in 2025
Southwest has ignored Black Friday in favor of Cyber Monday for the last four years, and we expect that to continue. They're not the only ones, either—we saw an overall shift to Cyber Monday in 2024. But hey, as long as the sales are good, it's all the same to us!
We figure Southwest's sales are likely to go in one of two directions this year. Either they'll continue to cut costs and deliver some lackluster discounts, or they'll make up for the new lack of perks by slashing their fares even lower. Either way, they'll be the first place to look for domestic flights in 2025.
United Airlines
United will get you from A to B and beyond, with more frills than a budget airline (but still no carry-on on their lowest domestic fares).
We really love that they fly to some harder-to-reach places like India, Tahiti, and Japan, and in the distant past, they’ve thrown us a bone with heavy discounts on these routes.
In the last couple of years, they’ve focused more on short-haul destinations across the USA. But as they pursue a strategy of gradual international growth, we might see more faraway routes popping up in the future.
Through the years
2019: Tokyo and Osaka with bags included in the low-$500s from Boston and Washington, D.C.
2020: No BF sale, but they did have an unannounced summer sale across the country at $149 round trip, departing from the East & West Coasts.
2021: Non-stop flights to Hawaii and Cancun at $198 round trip. They also had a summer sale to Europe all under $480 round trip to places like Poland, Italy, Czechia, and Greece.
2022: No BF sale at all! Star Alliance partner Air Canada had a few good prices/sales but nothing from United.
2023: Non-stops to the US and Caribbean in the $80s-$360s RT. Also had a few decent Europe fares, but nothing to write home about.
2024: No BF sale, unless you have miles on one of their Chase credit cards.
What we expect in 2025
Welp, there's no beating around the bush: United disappointed us last year. Their only Black Friday offerings in 2024 were some minor discounts to Chase credit card holders, and they haven't put out any major sales throughout the last year either.
However, there's still some reason for optimism! United also skipped Black Friday in 2020 and 2022, so if the pattern of even vs. odd years continues, they should be bringing the sales back in 2025. Look, we know it's not very scientific, but it is a weirdly consistent trend for them. C'mon, United, prove us right!
Delta Air Lines
We were so excited to welcome Delta to this list in 2022! Skytrax’s best North American airline finally gave us something to look at, even if it wasn’t too spectacular. Sure, they double-crossed us in 2023, but they did come back with an... okay sale in 2024.
Delta’s prices do skew a bit higher than other US airlines but they make up for it with an insane level of service. We’re talking about a commitment to free wifi across all their planes, seat-back entertainment screens on even the shortest of routes, and a generous route network.
So here’s hoping they'll try a little harder with their sales this year.
Through the Years
2019: No BF sale
2020: No BF sale
2021: No BF sale
2022: Domestic and Caribbean routes in $90s-$370s RT, including LA to Austin and Boston to Buffalo at $90 RT.
2023: No BF sale, just discounts on vacation packages.
2024: Cyber Monday sale with a handful of domestic and international routes starting at $117 RT.
What we expect in 2025
We did get a proper sale from Delta last year, even if it wasn't all that special. Compare that to 2023, and we see a definite upward trajectory!
Delta has also done pretty well this year, even with all the disruptions to the travel industry, opening up some new routes in the Caribbean and beyond. Our prediction: another fairly modest sale, with some decent domestic and international fares. And since Delta is one of the best airlines out there, it'll definitely be worth checking on the discounts they do have.
American Airlines
We had low expectations for American Airlines last year, after they completely skipped Black Friday in 2023. But they surprised us with some killer discounts this time around, landing at the top of 2024's nice list. Great job, guys!
American is the world’s biggest airline and has the most robust network, so seeing them drop a BF sale is always a good thing. Especially as they usually tend to shy away from sales just like their friends at Delta, positioning their product on that more premium tier.
When they do offer sales, they typically focus on short-haul domestic routes. But American has an enormous international network with flights all over the globe, so there's always the chance for some top-tier fares to the rest of the world too.
Through the Years
2019: No BF sale
2020: No BF sale
2021: No BF sale
2022: Domestic and Caribbean destinations in $90s-$330s RT, including New York to San Juan at $138 RT non-stop
2023: No proper BF sale, but some points deals on Cyber Monday.
2024: A bunch of promo fares, including Caribbean deals starting at $149 RT and domestics starting at $56 RT.
What we expect in 2025
We're riding high on last year's great sale, so we have great expectations for American in 2025. We're guessing they'll probably focus on domestic routes again, especially since that's been a trend all this past year. But they might choose to leverage their global network and surprise us with some great international ones too.
We'll be keeping an eye on their Asian routes this time around—while American's reach is pretty limited in that part of the world, flights to Asia have been super popular in 2025. Could they be looking for a bigger slice of the transpacific pie?
Turkish Airlines
If you’re hoping to get to some of the world’s exotic destinations, Turkish Airlines is your best bet, since they fly to more countries than any other airline out there. And they’ll never let you forget it.
We hadn’t seen much sale action from them until 2021, when, out of the blue, they jumped on the bandwagon with both a Black Friday and a New Year’s sale!
Then they went quiet in 2022 with no sale at all, and went back and replayed that trick again for 2023. And again in 2024. We’re really just getting bamboozled here, huh?
Through the years
2019: No BF sale.
2020: No BF sale.
2021: Sale across Europe, Africa, Middle East in $400s-$670s, with checked bags. Including Malta at $483 and Egypt at $579.
2022: No BF sale.
2023: No BF sale.
2024: No BF sale.
What we expect in 2025
It's been years since Turkish Airlines' last Black Friday sale, so we're not holding our breath. But Turkish has become a major fixture of our regular deal sends here at JFC, especially from the East Coast, and they've ramped up their sales in a big way. The time could be right for a triumphant return to the Black Friday fray, even if history says it's unlikely.
Avianca
Avianca regularly comes out in blazing glory with huge price cuts all across Central & South America, despite rarely ever announcing a sale. Over here in cheap flight land, we feel like we see a new drop from them every single day, and we just have to keep letting our members know about them.
When they finally drop their BF sales, they’re usually a little timid in comparison. Their sale in 2024 offered some solid economy-class discounts, but nothing earth-shattering. So while they may be the cheapest (and often only) option to lots of Latin America, look to carry-on-included COPA for a better bargain.
Through the years
2019: 40% off all flights to Central and South America.
2020: No BF sale.
2021: Central & South America in $100s-$410s round trip, including Bogotá from Washington, D.C. at $184 and non-stop to San Salvador at $132 from New York.
2022: Central & South America in $200s-$400s round trip, including non-stops from Houston to El Salvador at $242 and New York to Guatemala at $280.
2023: 30% off business class the week before BF, but no proper sale.
2024: Up to 50% off flights to Central & South America, including Bogotá non-stop at $223 RT and Lima at $307 RT.
What we expect in 2025
Avianca has been fairly consistent with their Black Friday sales, so we expect more of the same: modest but wide-ranging discounts on routes all over Latin America, particularly around their home base in Colombia. It'll hardly be worth waiting all year for, but if you're planning a trip down south in the upcoming months, you can probably snag a cheap fare when BF rolls around.
And if Avianca decides to go back to biz class sales only, we'll just have to send them a sternly-worded letter. No one wants that on Black Friday, fellas!
Spirit Airlines
Oh boy, Spirit Airlines. What to say about Spirit Airlines...
The past year has not been kind to everyone's least favorite budget carrier. After filing for bankruptcy late in 2024, they emerged from a financial restructuring in March of 2025, full of newfound hope and optimism... and found themselves filing for Chapter 11 yet again in August. The vultures are starting to circle around ol' Spirit as they end service to more and more cities.
The real question: Will there even be a Spirit Airlines by the time Black Friday comes along?
Through the years
2019: 75% off round-trip flights.
2020: One-way domestic flights at $20.21 (get it?)
2021: Domestic flights at $41 RT.
2022: 2x membership points when buying flights and holiday packages. No discounts on airfare directly
2023: No BF sale, but 2x points on Cyber Monday.
2024: One-way domestic fares starting at $25, plus points, hotel & theme park discounts.
What we expect in 2025
Honestly, it's pretty hard to say. Rising costs have wreaked havoc on the budget airline business model, and the folks at Spirit may feel that their prices are already as low as they can get. That would track with last year's "Black & Yellow Friday" offerings (love that name), which mostly included their everyday low fares dressed up like a sale.
But Spirit might be desperate to make a splash this year, so they could come out swinging in an attempt to win back enough passengers to survive. Will it be enough to hold off low-cost rival Frontier, which is sure to be gunning hard for their market share this year? We'll just have to see.
Frontier Airlines
Like Spirit, Frontier is a domestic budget airline, so we never really expect much out of them. Flying with them can be a little, well, miserable, and it’s not usually worth covering the sales they have. That includes 2024’s Black Friday sale, which was one of those misleading “XX% off base fares” ones. It’s a classic trick: They set the base fare very low, discount it, and then make up the difference by tacking on a bunch of extra “taxes & fees.”
Frontier’s Cyber Monday sale, on the other hand, took us completely by surprise. We found an enormous selection of domestic routes starting at $38 RT, which is just crazy cheap. Sure, that doesn’t include a checked bag, or a carry-on, or anything other than an uncomfortable plastic seat. But how often can you fly across the country and back for under 40 bucks?
That sale was so good we just had to add Frontier to this article. Don’t let us down this year, guys!
Through the years
2024: 100% off base fares for Black Friday, a ton of domestic fares in $30s-$50s for Cyber Monday.
What we expect in 2025
We expect big things out of Frontier this time around. They might pull the same trick on Black Friday again, but we're hoping for another terrific Cyber Monday sale. With the (likely imminent) demise of Spirit, Frontier has the opportunity to flex their muscles and seize control over the budget airline market. And this year's domestic travel trend fits perfectly into their wheelhouse, so it could be a perfect storm for some eye-catching deals.
Alaska Airlines
Alaska has had a big year since last Black Friday, completing a merger with Hawaiian Airlines and solidifying themselves as the premier carrier for the western US. They've also turned their eyes to Asia, launching new non-stop flights from Seattle to Tokyo, with a Seoul route coming in September.
An Alaska Black Friday sale is almost a certainty - they absolutely love doling out discounted fares across their domestic and regional routes every holiday season.
Through the years
2019: Domestic flights at $89 RT, with main cabin tickets at $109 RT.
2020: Domestic and selected Central America (including Belize, Costa Rica, and Mexico).
2021: Hawaii at $158 RT, and Mexico in $250s.
2022: Domestic cross-country flights in $180s-$190s
2023: Domestics for $80s-$190s RT, including SFO-EWR for $138!
2024: 30% off fares to and from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada & California for BF. More domestic & LatAm deals on Cyber Monday, starting at $39 one-way.
What we expect in 2025
Alaska is one of the most consistent US airlines when it comes to Black Friday sales, so we're expecting the same from them yet again. We're sure to see some really terrific discounts on domestic routes, including to rarer spots like Bozeman or Redmond.
There's also the possibility of better deals on flights across the Pacific this year, falling in line with yearly trends and Alaska's new focus on Asian travel. Could this be the year we get crazy cheap fares to Tokyo?

Norse Atlantic Airways
Norse Atlantic has revived the long-haul, low-cost, point-to-point model, and they’re trying their hardest to finally make it work. Door-busting sales, Super Bowl ads, and playing off the name recognition of the no-longer-stateside Norwegian Airlines, they’ve made quite the splash in their first few years of operation.
Unfortunately, as Europeans lose interest in visiting the US, Norse has struggled to maintain their transatlantic routes. That makes this year kind of make-or-break for them.
They don’t offer connections of any kind, so you are limited by their network. But, they do fly from 6 destinations across the US to huge European hubs like Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, Oslo, & Athens. So you can always fork out a bit more money to fly within the continent once you make it across the pond.
Through the years
2022: New York, LA, and Fort Lauderdale to Berlin and Oslo non-stop in $270s-$380s RT
2023: No BF sale.
2024: A handful of discounted fares to Europe, starting in the $300s RT.
What we expect in 2025
Their 2024 sale was pretty lackluster, so there's reason to be pessimistic about this year's fares. But their precarious position in the market might be just the push they need to go all-in on spectacular sales again. We're not promising anything, but look for Norse to be a dark horse contender for the title of Black Friday king, especially if you're looking for flights to Paris or London.
SAS Airlines
Unsurprisingly, Scandinavian Airlines has focused on, well, Scandinavian destinations in their past sales, usually in the mid-to-high $300s from the East Coast and the mid-$400s from the West. But they've been expanding their network lately, gradually spreading throughout central Europe and adding new intercontinental routes as well.
SAS loves to come alive outside the typical Black Friday period - last year, they chose to drop the majority of their routes in October for spring trips to Scandinavia, France, Germany, Poland, and Italy with similar prices to Black Friday.
Through the years
2019: Scandinavia, Finland, and other European countries at $349 RT.
2020: No Black Friday sale, but they did run a small New Year’s sale from Chicago and New York to Scandinavia in the high $300s.
2021: Scandinavia in $360s RT from Chicago.
2022: Sweden & Norway starting at $358 RT
2023: $360s-$490s RT all around Europe and beyond! Highlights included New York to Mallorca for $389 RT and DC to Morocco at $387 RT.
2024: Discounted economy fares around Scandinavia and Northern Europe in the $360s-$490s, plus a bunch of premium economy ones in the $680s-$990s.
What we expect in 2025
SAS went absolutely sale-happy in 2025, discounting their European fares on a near-monthly basis. If you're a Jack's subscriber, you've definitely been seeing those bundles on the reg. Combine that with their top-tier Black Friday in 2024, and you've got all the ingredients for a blockbuster sale.
You'll almost definitely be seeing cheap fares to Scandi and mainland Europe—that's kind of a given at this point. But we're keeping our eyes peeled for some rarer destinations like Morocco, Bangkok, and Tokyo. We can dream, right?
Icelandair
Icelandair and Black Friday go together like flies and fly swatters (stick with us here). Sure, they might not be the easiest to pin down, but when they do make contact, there’s some sweet karmic retribution. And by that, we mean round-trip flights to Europe under $400 RT. Make sense?
Though it’s been a while since the joys of their 2020 sale, a really big splat, their more recent sales have still put a smile on our faces (or a fly out of the room, metaphorically speaking). And while their 2023 and 2024 offerings were pretty subpar, that's no reason to give up hope, especially as the carrier's financial prospects improve.
Through the years
2019: No Black Friday sale.
2020: Huge sale across Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, and Scandinavia under $510 round trip.
2021: Iceland, Scandinavia, Netherlands, and France under $390 round trip from Orlando and Seattle.
2022: Europe on discount, with highlights including DC to Paris & NYC to Helsinki at $367 RT.
2023: Some solid fares to Iceland ($320s-$360s RT) but no official BF sale.
2024: Discounted flights to Europe, including Iceland at $349 RT, Copenhagen at $424 RT, and Amsterdam at $437 RT.
What we expect in 2025
Icelandair had a big 2025, with record high traffic and a bunch of new routes, setting them up for a big-time comeback on Black Friday. Those of you near Denver, Baltimore, and Nashville should be extra optimistic, as Icelandair's new partnership with Southwest gives you guys access to their network for the first time.
We're hoping for cheap fares all over mainland Europe, but if all else fails, we know they'll at least offer some terrific prices on flights to Reykjavík. And that's not such a bad consolation prize.
CC image of PLAY, courtesy of Roy Grummitt on flickr
PLAY
Another year, another budget carrier gone. PLAY is exiting the US entirely in October 2025, so don't expect to see any sales this year. Or any year. Perhaps they'll return in the future, but for now it's hasta la vista to Iceland's cheapest soldier.
Through the years
2021: No BF sale
2022: Boston, New York, and DC to Hamburg, Germany at $378 RT
2023: 35% off airfare
2024: Up to 30% off base fares, including Iceland in the $230s RT.
What we expect in 2025
Nada.
Aer Lingus
We’ve gotta give it to Aer Lingus for sticking with their Black Friday deals through thick and thin, especially when other airlines threw in the towel once COVID sunk its teeth into the travel world.
They haven’t all been jaw-dropping discounts, but a sale’s a sale and we’re not gonna complain too much. 2022’s Black Friday sale was solid enough, even if 2021 and 2019 were a bit better bargains by our standards. Most recently, they limited their BF scope to Ireland. It’s sad to lose the variety, but they certainly do cover their homeland better than other airlines.
They cover the typical routes across Europe, but if there’s one thing that sets them apart is the handy security preclearance in Dublin.
Through the years
2019: $100 off economy class flights or $200 off business class flights on transatlantic flights from the USA/Canada to Europe.
2020: All of Europe under $590 round trip with a checked bag. Including the Isle of Man at $533 and Switzerland at $463.
2021: Up to $300 off round-trip flights across Europe for West Coast and up to $200 off flights from the rest of the US.
2022: $100 off economy and $200 off business class flights across Europe, with non-stops to Dublin being the big star in the $350s-$450s RT.
2023: Some solid fares to Ireland, but no mainland Europe.
2024: Discounted fares to Europe starting at $449 RT, mostly to Ireland but a handful of continental cities like Rome and Amsterdam as well.
What we expect in 2025
Aer Lingus has been pretty quiet this year, sale-wise. That doesn't exactly inspire optimism, especially when you consider their woeful Black Friday deals in 2024. However, you can always count on decent fares to Ireland from AL, plus some rarer UK destinations, and their mainland European network remains very solid. Maybe this is the year they hearken back to the far superior Black Friday sales of 2019 and 2021? We've certainly got our fingers crossed!
Copa Airlines
Copa Airlines has been dipping its toe into the Black Friday pond recently, first with a focus on the Caribbean and Central America in 2020 (special shoutout for Nicaragua coverage, a rarity these days!), followed up a year later with our least favorite type of sale—air miles.
In 2023, they dropped the bar even lower by offering no sale at all. Whomp whomp. But 2024 saw some surprisingly decent fares from the southern US, and they've made some major changes over the past year.
In general, the airline isn’t fond of announced sales—we haven’t seen a summer or New Year’s sale from them in recent years, either. But they are fond of competing with Avianca and actually offering a carry-on (so novel) so we might be in for a surprise.
Through the years
2019: No Black Friday sale.
2020: Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras under $300 round trip.
2021: 40% discount on ConnectMiles when you buy 3,000 or more.
2022: A sale so dull we didn’t even cover it, not even with quick fares to Panama. The best prices were focused on regional flights in South America, which didn’t help us a ton.
2023: No BF sale.
2024: Discounted routes from Florida & Atlanta, including Colombia in the $220s RT and Aruba at $252 RT.
What we expect in 2025
2024 aside, COPA's Black Friday sales have been letting us down for years. But we're actually pretty upbeat about 2025's offerings, for two major reasons:
- They've been putting a ton of work into their LatAm network this year, and what better way to show off those new routes than a big ol' Black Friday sale?
- While everyone else has been gradually raising their prices, COPA's fares have remained stubbornly low and have even gone down for some destinations. Latin America is an increasingly popular place to visit, and COPA is taking aim at low-cost airlines like Avianca by offering superior comfort and perks at near-budget prices.
After ramping up their sales all year, we think COPA is poised to swing for the fences on Black Friday. Watch your backs, Avianca!
TAP Air Portugal
Well, well, well, TAP certainly loves a blanket discount. Unsurprisingly, they have become a little more conservative with that price slashing as they've privatized, but considering TAP’s prices are on the cheaper side of things anyway, they still offer a pretty good deal to basically everywhere in Europe.
While that 2020 Black Friday sale got us really excited - we got Agadir on the coast of Morocco, and places as far away as Cape Town, for the same price as a nice non-stop fare to Italy or the UK - that’s probably a thing of the past. TAP’s focus in the years since has been continental Europe and North Africa only, and we don’t see that changing any time soon.
Through the years
2019: No BF Sale, but they did run a sale in February of the same year, offering 50% off all routes.
2020: East coast to Ibiza, South Africa, Croatia, and Morocco under $480 round trip.
2021: 20% discount on all routes.
2022: Flights across Europe, with a focus on Spain. Best prices in the $250s-$260s, including New York to Malaga at $261
2023: Pre-Black Friday drops with decent fares around the Mediterranean in $370s-$490s RT.
2024: Pre-BF drop with discounted fares all over Europe and North Africa in $320s-$540s, including London at $376 RT and Marrakesh at $485 RT(!).
What we expect in 2025
Honestly, TAP is TAP. They've been crushing Black Friday for years, and we expect to see more of the same this year. That means crazy cheap fares to mainland Europe, especially Spain and Portugal, plus some discounted flights to Morocco as well. SAS may have been making a play for American wallets this year, but TAP remains the undisputed champ of three-letter, low-cost European travel.
We're guessing they'll continue to spread out their sales, with drops starting a few days before Black Friday begins. They've been doing that for a few years now, and it seems to work for them.
Our pie-in-the-sky hope? The return of TAP's African network to the BF proceedings, including sale fares to places like Angola, Cape Verde, and Senegal. It's unlikely, but you never know!
Cathay Pacific
Wow, Cathay Pacific’s 2019 Black Friday sale was absolutely insane! The number of hard-to-reach and rare destinations across all corners of Southeast Asia is just impossible for our post-pandemic minds to compute.
They finally came back in 2022, welcoming Asia’s reopening with deals from all over the West Coast. Taipei, Jakarta, Manila, Osaka & Hong Kong at $690 RT? It might not be pre-pandemic doorbusters, but that’s pretty good for fares we basically only see in the $1000s nowadays.
Unfortunately, Americans got left out of 2023’s sale, but Cathay returned with a terrific offering in 2024. I mean, NYC to Sri Lanka for $714 RT??? That's the good stuff right there.
Through the years
2019: South East Asia under $620 round trip, including Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand and Taiwan.
2020: No BF sale.
2021: 50% off a second ticket when two people fly together, 25% off on three or more tickets, and a contribution to offset your carbon emissions.
2022: Deals to Southeast Asia from LA & SF under $700 RT, including Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan.
2023: BF sale only active for the UK.
2024: Flights to Asia starting at $649 RT.
What we expect in 2025
Cathay Pacific has been pretty hit-or-miss on the Black Friday front, so this is one of our trickier predictions. It's a bit like catching the aurora borealis—you can't be sure it'll appear, but if it does, it's always worth the wait.
If Cathay decides to be cool this year, the West Coast will get the lion's share of the deals, with a few other good ones for New York and Chicago. Cheap Asian fares have been a big theme all year, so hopefully they get in on the trend for BF.
Other Airlines
Wait… what about KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, Qatar and countless other airlines out there?
Well, it doesn’t mean they don’t do Black Friday sales, just that we haven’t seen them produce anything that’s truly deal-worthy for the U.S. market, in our expert opinion. You might find them on our other article that explains airline sales.
We only share sales that are truly decent. That means good value and historically low prices when compared against all of their competitors.
So if there’s an airline you like to fly with, it’s always going to be worth checking for a sale on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Just because we haven’t listed it here, it doesn’t mean they don’t have some discounts.
We would always recommend checking the price of a flight you’re interested in a week or two before sale time, so you know exactly how much they’ve actually discounted it on the day. Airlines like to get creative with how they advertise their prices sometimes.
