About 15% of Utahns have Scandinavian ancestry, which means there's a reasonable chance some of you readers are descended from Vikings! It's rare to get such a good transatlantic deal from SLC, so we're celebrating with a feast.

And there's no better place for it than Aifur, Stockholm's hottest restaurant dedicated to authentic Viking cuisine. It's a lot of yummy-sounding stews and massive piles of meat, but you can get a few oddities off their menu too — anyone up for some mead-soaked mussels, or some sautéed reindeer heart?
