Ever heard of the 'Maldives of Turkey'?

Ok, let's be real for a second. At this point, we do kinda roll our eyes a little every time we hear a place claim to be the 'Maldives of somewhere'—it feels like there's a new one every week.

Buuut we'll hand it to the island of Suluada, its waters do look spectacularly blue.

Plus, since it's uninhabited (apart from the local wildlife, of course) it's always gonna be quieter than Antalya's beaches.

You'll need to head to the nearby town of Adrasan, if you wanna visit, and then catch a short boat ride over to the island.

Oh, and please do let us know if it really does live up to its Maldivian nickname :-)
